Advance your recruitment career with the DipRL—a leadership-focused qualification for senior managers and directors. Gain practical tools to enhance client and candidate services while embedding best practice across your business. Develop expertise in strategy, team management, finance, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.

Delivered via flexible distance learning, you’ll study at your own pace from home with support from a dedicated coach. Complete core modules, choose one or two optional units, and attend up to three virtual workshops per year.

Assessment includes online exams, projects, and case studies. On completion, earn the DipRL designation and 12 months of REC Professional membership.

Exam dates 2026/27 Course content

If you don't want to commit to the entire qualification, you can enrol on one unit at a time to fill specific skill gaps. While we recommend completion of the DipRM in full, each unit is assessed and awarded independently.

You can enrol on individual units for £745 + VAT per unit, or the whole course is £4,950 + VAT per person.

We recommend booking no more than two units per exam cycle.

For school or college leavers, and those who have less than one year in recruitment. Gain the knowledge to build a career as a resourcer.

For those with at least one year in recruitment, this course is equivalent to A-Level standard and teaches consultants how to build a thriving career in recruitment.

For in-house resourcers who have some experience and want to deepen their knowledge of recruitment best practice. Covers all legislation and activities an in-house recruiter needs in their day-to-day role.
