Our Account Managers
Key Account Manager for the North
As a previous recruiter, my role as Key Account Manager for the North means I have real life understanding of the challenge’s recruitment agencies face. It’s great pulling on my previous experience to work through solutions and advise where I can on how the REC can help you (I wish I had taken more advantage).
I genuinely care about my role at the REC and being a competitive sportsperson, I often take that into the workplace too. If you like being outdoors and sport, we will have a lot to talk about.
Enough about me, I have a great team of two Account Managers who are vital to Team North’s success in supporting our members.
Please reach out if you want a friendly chat about membership, attraction and retention or the recruitment industry in general.
REC's regional account manager for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Northwest of England
My name is David Creighton and I am the REC's regional account manager for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Northwest of England. If you've spoken to me, you might have detected a "slight" Dublin accent. I moved to from Dublin to Glasgow in 1999, and I joined the REC in 2016 having worked in various recruitment service-related roles since 2004. I am passionate about recruitment, especially what the REC does for the industry. Jobs transform lives, and every day I get to see how REC members are raising standards and helping employers and job seekers alike, and a day that I can help them do that is a good day!
Outside of work, my passions are family friends & faith, drinking tea, staying fit and healthy, drinking tea, music, movies & watching classic car restoration programmes while drinking tea! Favourite saying - "teamwork makes the dreamwork".
Account Manager for London and the Southeast
Hi. I’m Joseph Solich, Account Manager for London and the Southeast. I’ve worked in several membership bodies since 2012 and started here at the REC in 2018. Feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions about your membership, I’ll be more than happy to help.
I enjoy long walks with my spaniel Chester, perhaps stopping off to sample new ales. Also a keen football fan and like to visit new grounds following my team Stockport County.
Key Account Manager for the South
Hi there I’m Michael Kirchner, Key Account Manager for the South. Having seen plenty of exciting change here at the REC as an Account Manager in the past 3 years, I'm looking forward to working with REC members to find out what changes you are seeing in the industry and how we can best support you in the years ahead.
When I'm not looking after members at the REC, I'll be falling off a paddleboard somewhere, getting out into the wilds of Exmoor with my family or enjoying the great outdoors closer to home near South East London.
The REC Sales and Account Management team is working with our members to engage regionally. Do get in touch with me, Selina, Joseph or Michael from Team South to join our member meetings and forums.
Regional Account Manager for London and the South East
After working within recruitment for nine years, covering Temps, Perms and Branch Management I have now moved across to the REC as a Regional Account Manager for London and the South East.
I’m loving my new career path. My experience means that I find it natural to support my members throughout their recruitment journeys, whilst being able to advise on suitable training and qualifications with ease.
When I’m not working, and occasionally when I am, I am a full time Mum to my wonderful toddler. Much of my time is spent teaching him all I can and trying to take him to as many fun activities as possible. I am a very early riser, so you will catch me at the gym by 6am most mornings- setting me up to focus well for the rest of the day.
Regional Account Manager for the Southwest and East of England
Hi I'm Michael Ilomuanya, your Regional Account Manager for the Southwest and East of England. I've been a key member of the REC team for over 2 years now and I'm taking a lead on onboarding our new members so you're in great hands.
I'm a very relaxed and approachable individual so please feel free to get in touch - even for a casual chat (I won't bite). When I'm not looking after REC members, I'm either in the gym or finding a new restaurant to try new cuisines.
My direct contact details are on this page, so give me a shout if you need anything.
Being a member of the REC means being amongst the best.
