I moved across to the REC as Regional Account Manager for London and the South and am now the Key Account Manager.
I’m loving my new career path. My experience means that I find it natural to support my members throughout their recruitment journeys, whilst being able to advise on suitable training and qualifications with ease.
When I’m not working, and occasionally when I am, I am a full time Mum to my wonderful toddler. Much of my time is spent teaching him all I can and trying to take him to as many fun activities as possible. I am a very early riser, so you will catch me at the gym by 6 am most mornings - setting me up to focus well for the rest of the day.

My name is David Creighton and I am the REC's Key Account Manager for the North. If you've spoken to me, you might have detected a "slight" Dublin accent. I moved from Dublin to Glasgow in 1999, and I joined the REC in 2016 having worked in various recruitment service-related roles since 2004. I am passionate about recruitment, especially what the REC does for the industry. Jobs transform lives, and every day I get to see how REC members are raising standards and helping employers and job seekers alike, and a day that I can help them do that is a good day!
Outside of work, my passions are family friends & faith, drinking tea, staying fit and healthy, drinking tea, music, movies & watching classic car restoration programmes while drinking tea! Favourite saying - "teamwork makes the dreamwork".

I have 10 years of experience in Business and Account Management. My friends would describe me as friendly, approachable and tenacious. I believe anyone can achieve their goals with the right mindset in tow. Outside of work, I’m a full time mum. I love spending time with family and friends, there really is nothing more precious than family.

Hi, I’m Joseph Solich, Regional Account Manager for London and the Southeast. I’ve worked in several membership bodies since 2012 and started here at the REC in 2018. Feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions about your membership, I’ll be more than happy to help.
I enjoy long walks with my spaniel Chester, perhaps stopping off to sample new ales. I'm also a keen football fan and like to visit new grounds following my team Stockport County.
