To give yourself the best chance of finding the right role when working with a recruiter, we recommend that you:
Give as much information as possible upfront about the kind of role you're looking for. Expect to be asked about the type of organisation you want to work for, how far you're willing to travel and your salary expectations.
Make sure your CV is accurate and up-to-date. This will save you a lot of time in the end! Your recruiter can give advice on how to improve your CV, based on what they know their clients are looking for.
Be proactive! It's not enough to register with an agency and expect work to follow. Keep in regular contact with your recruiter to stay top of their mind.
Being a member of the REC means being amongst the best.
