Designed for school or college leavers and those with under a year of experience in recruitment, this qualification equips you with the essential skills to become a confident and capable resourcer. You’ll learn how to assess and manage candidates, follow internal processes, and understand key regulatory policies.

Equivalent to GCSE grades 9–5 (A*–C), the course can be completed at your own pace via distance learning or in as few as five weeks through our Fast Track option. On successful completion, you’ll earn the CertRR designation and enjoy 12 months of REC Professional membership.
