It is a condition of REC membership that you have a complaints procedure - our handy template helps you do just that.
This policy was updated in April 2026 to update contact details for the Fair Work Agency.
This policy was also updated in July 2026 to reflect that it is now a legal requirement under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 that organisations have a process for handling data protection complaints. Further information on this can be found on our Legal Guide on Data Protection.
