Key Information Document: Personal Service Company

This document sets out key information about the relationships, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits. This should be provided to contractors you engage via their own limited company (PSC), even if they have opted out of the Conduct Regulations.

This has been updated in April 2026 to reflect the introduction of the Fair Work Agency as the government authority responsible for the enforcement of certain agency worker rights.
