Future of jobs

There has never been a more important time to build the bridge between education and the fast changing world of work.

The business community - and the recruitment sector in particular – must play a leading role in pre-empting what the changes mean for individuals, as well as for employers and policy makers.

The REC’s Future of Jobs Observatory provides a platform for thought leadership on the future of work. As well as bringing together the work and recommendations of the Future of Jobs Commission, and providing a platform for sharing our whitepapers, research and blogs, the Observatory also provides a hub for our network of Future of Jobs Ambassadors.

The REC is committed to working with policy makers and all interested parties to make this vision a reality.
