#TREC2019 – What’s on the Agenda & What to Expect

The much-anticipated 2019 Talent, Recruitment & Employment Conference (TREC) will take place on Tuesday, 4 June at the iconic Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Now in its sixth year, the conference is a great place for professionals in the HR, in-house, talent and recruitment industry to chart the future of their firm and pick up guidance from the best in the field.

Chaired by ITV’s Sameena Ali-Khan, this full-day conference is a mix of interactive roundtable sessions, thought-provoking panel discussions and keynotes from some of the leading names in the industry. This year’s theme is all about building the future workforce and is accompanied by an agenda packed with discussions on topics such as future of work, on-boarding, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, technology for talent attraction, mental health wellbeing amongst many others. Meet our speakers:

Our speaker line-up is made up of some of the best names in the industry who will be bringing their advice from various walks of life to a room of 300+ HR and recruitment professionals. Bruce Daisley, VP - EMEA of Twitter and #1 bestselling author will be kicking off the conference with his opening keynote on engineering a better culture.

Bruce will be joined by Tony Danker, CEO of Be the Business, who will give his keynote speech on getting the people strategy right – a must-attend session if you’re looking for inspiration on future-proofing your business.

Bonita Norris, Mountaineer and Author, and the youngest person to reach both the summit of Everest and the North Pole will conclude the conference with her inspiriting story on getting through the toughest challenges – expect tears and laughter as Bonita shares some key lessons to potentially last a lifetime.
