Applying for REC Corporate membership

All recruitment businesses in the UK can apply for REC Corporate membership provided they meet one of the following two criteria of membership. All members must sign up to the Code of Professional Practice and, take and pass the REC Compliance test.

 Criteria of membership

  1. They have been trading in the UK for at least one year, OR 
  2. They are owned or operated by one or more individuals, with more than one year of experience working in the recruitment industry

Calculation of fees

Our membership fee is based on your company turnover. A one-off joining fee also applies. Membership is valid for 12 months. You will be required to pay a pro-rata amount to cover until 31 December upon renewal. Subscriptions are then due on 1 January for subsequent years. Membership fees can also be paid by quarterly direct debit.
