What we expect of GRC signatories

  • Good practice involves seeking to learn from your current performance and continuously improving processes and procedures. Those that sign up to the Charter should commit to doing this systematically and on a regular basis.
  • Signatories should demonstrate that they keep abreast of developments in recruitment/resourcing and, where appropriate, integrate these into their strategy. Research is key to remaining informed on current industry data.
