This policy is designed for members that operate in the education sector. It is a requirement of REC Audited Education to have policies in place on recruitment, selection and vetting. This document deals with each of these topics and sets out the requirements for each stage of the recruitment process.
Use this policy to inform your internal employees of the processes that are in place to ensure compliance with safeguarding and right to work legislation, REC Audited Education criteria and industry best practice. The policy can also be shared with your clients to demonstrate the standards your business operates to.
