Who we are: 

Established in 1981, Paul Waters Associates helps organisations make better sales and people decisions. Since 1994, we have specialised in SPQ*GOLD, and our assessments are now used by more than 200 recruitment businesses. We are a family-run official REC Business Partner, and the REC has used us for its own sales hiring.

What we do: 

SPQ*GOLD (Sales) measures comfort, motivation, energy and resilience across the demands of selling. CSI (General Workplace Behaviours) provides a broader behavioural view when the question is not purely sales-related. Both add objective evidence where interviews or day-to-day impressions may reveal only part of the picture.
