The REC Writes to Minister on Holiday Pay

The REC has written to Jane Hunt, urging the government to take urgent action to address the issues caused by the Supreme Court’s judgment in Harpur Trust v Brazel.

In this letter we set out the need for clear guidance on holiday pay calculation that works for agency workers and allows employers and workers to understand their full legal entitlements.
