Online sessions Right to Work changes

The Home Office is hosting two online events to help recruiters and employers prepare for changes to Right to Work (RTW) guidance coming into effect on 1 October 2026.

The events will provide practical guidance on the changes, the documents you can use to conduct checks, online checks, the Employer Checking Service, share codes, follow-up checks and enforcement.

These sessions will help you understand your legal responsibilities, establish a statutory excuse and carry out compliant RTW checks with confidence.
