You’re just starting out as a recruitment resourcer? Great. Our Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing is your ultimate tool to enhance your skills and knowledge. You’ll get an introduction to the industry in general, sales techniques, knowledge of building and maintaining relationships as well as an understanding of the fine print – the legal and ethical requirements you need to be aware of when recruiting.
What about the next step? Our most popular qualification is the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice. You’ll delve deeper, gaining knowledge of the market, recruitment operations, the principles of assessing people and you’ll build this knowledge while gaining a crucial commercial edge.
Managers and team leaders have the option of taking it further with the Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management. You’ll get a broader perspective of our industry, learning about different areas of management to give yourself a competitive edge.
The next step up for senior managers and directors is the new Level 5 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership. It’s a strategic level qualification, and is the first at degree standard for recruitment You’ll study advanced units to help yourself as an individual, but also gain crucial knowledge to establish improved processes within your own business.
