Members Week

What is REC Members Week?

Members Week is our annual celebration of the impact recruitment agencies make in helping to change the lives of people across the country. Recruiters helped almost a million people find a new permanent job in 2016/17, and on any given day are responsible for 1.3 million agency workers in the UK labour market.

During one week of the year, all REC staff visit REC corporate members across the UK. For our team, it's an opportunity to learn about the realities of running a recruitment business, and for our members it's a chance to hear about how we are building the best recruitment industry in the world.
