GRC signatories deliver a high standard of candidate experience, with on-going communication during the recruitment process, including two-way feedback for all those interviewed.


What we expect of GRC signatories

  • It is important to keep candidates aware of progress in relation to their job application via email, text and/or phone whilst notifying in writing of any unsuccessful applications. It is understood that due to volume it may not always be possible to contact all candidates. However, as a minimum, we would expect applicants to receive an automated response informing them of their process and timelines.
  • If a candidate has attended an interview for a role, two-way feedback for both successful and unsuccessful candidates is provided either verbally or in writing. This is an important principle which allows both candidates and employers to learn from the selection process.
