This is known as the gold standard in recruitment. We've honed our audit over many years to give you absolute certainty when it comes to client and candidate services, staff development, diversity & inclusion. We also offer a specialist audit for education agencies.

All REC corporate members must pass a compliance assessment to join us and stay in membership. It makes sure you know the relevant legislation and uphold the ethics in our Code of Professional Practice.

We take complaints seriously. We have a clear procedure for any complaint about an REC member.
