Conducted independently by regulated accountants and solicitors, the assessment process included completion of the FCSA code of compliance.
ADVANCE was required to undergo on-site testing to demonstrate the day-to-day reality of business activities and produce detailed supporting evidence.
All documentation covered in the review was submitted to HMRC to ensure full transparency.
FCSA chief executive Julia Kermode said: “Based on the findings of the assessment process, I’m pleased to confirm that ADVANCE is providing employment, self-employment and accountancy solutions to the required levels of compliance.
“I would like to congratulate ADVANCE on this achievement. The FCSA assessment process is rigorous and wide-ranging, so to again achieve accredited status for all three solutions is impressive.”
ADVANCE managing director Shaun Critchley said: “FCSA accreditation is rightly seen as the gold standard of compliance in our sector, so to receive this seal of approval for all solutions is a real source of pride.”
ADVANCE supports contractors and recruitment businesses in a wide range of sectors including engineering, construction, IT, healthcare, life sciences and education.
Turnover for 2016-17 was £64.6m, up 13% from £57.1m the previous year – the company’s seventh consecutive year of revenue growth since its launch in 2010.
ADVANCE’s next FCSA compliance assessment is due in January 2019.
