Alison Humphries is a consultant, executive coach and training expert with a track record of successfully helping recruitment businesses improve performance, develop new markets, win major contracts and move up the value chain.
With over 30 years in the industry, Alison has been a Director of Sales, Operations and Learning and Development for four global listed businesses and has spent over 10 years working with SMEs across all recruitment sectors, recognising the unique DNA of each business. Most recently, as MD of Liquid Personnel, she led the business through a successful trade sale. She has first-hand, up-to-date experience of permanent, temporary, contract and R.P.O. recruitment, business start-ups and executive search. Alison is known for strategic advice accompanied by practical, up to date expertise and implementation support. Most importantly, she is a highly experienced consultant to recruitment businesses.
In addition, Alison is a well-known conference speaker and columnist, as well as working with recruiters from CEO to trainee to help them bet the best they can be.
As Chief Examiner for the REC she has a special expertise in law and regulation but is driven by great leadership, sales performance and building distinctive, premium recruitment businesses.
