The government’s changes to the way apprenticeships are funded and the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy will result in a fundamental change to the talent strategy of your business.
From April 2017, you will be able to recruit, train and grow the best recruitment talent through a funded apprenticeship programme.
Businesses with a payroll of more than £3 million will be required to pay 0.5% of that into the levy. They will be given an allowance of £15,000 and the Government will add 10% to the payment to fund apprentices for your business.
