Key updates:

Freedom of movement will come to an end on 31 December 2020. This means the way you recruit from overseas (including EEA citizens) will change. These are the most significant changes to the UK’s immigration system in 40 years with the introduction of the new points-based system.

The new ‘points-based’ immigration system will take effect from 1 January 2021, when freedom of movement between the EU and the UK comes to an end.
