The Supreme Court has published its long-awaited judgment in the holiday pay case of Agnew v Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

The decision confirms that that it is possible for workers to bring holiday pay claims for a series of holiday pay deductions even where there is a gap of three months or more between deductions.
