We are joining the Good Recruitment Campaign as we centralised recruitment within our business just over 2 years ago. This change was to monitor costs and headcount in the beginning but more importantly we are now focused on creating an excellent candidate experience. We would like to share what journey we have been on but also learn what is working in other companies.
By joining the campaign, we see opportunities to also develop the team along with collaborating with others that have been on or are on the same path. We would like to learn tools and techniques that are best practice. Also, to bring our recruiting managers on board with our journey, helping them understand the impact of not following best practice and having a poor candidate experience.
