Alliance Homes Group is a community based social enterprise in North Somerset.  We own around 6,500 properties and provide housing and housing-related support to around 12,000 people.  Our mission is to create hope for people and communities, through developing opportunities, tackling inequalities and delivering service excellence.  We aim to achieve this by creating stronger communities, better homes and smarter business.

The Alliance Homes Group is made up of six areas – Central Resources, Alliance Homes, Alliance Living Care, Alliance Living Support, Alliance Property Care and Alliance Ventures.  The activities each area are involved in run from managing tenancies and providing support services to delivering a repairs and maintenance service to our properties, creating a wide-range of roles and a variety of career opportunities to explore.
