- My client is looking for perm candidates but wants to take them on a 'temp to perm' basis for the first three months. Are there any restrictions on the transfer fee that I can charge?
- I supplied my client with a work-seeker who he now wants to take on permanently. Can I charge my client a transfer fee?
- I supplied a work-seeker to our client for several months and have now been informed that we have lost the contract with our client to another employment business. The work-seekers have been asked to be supplied through the new employment business. Can I charge my client a fee?
- I have been supplying the local branch office of my client with temporary workers for a number of years. The client's head office has now entered into a sole supplier agreement with another employment business but wants to keep my temporary workers and has told them that if they want to continue working for the client they must register with the other business. Can I charge my client a transfer fee?
