GRC signatories ensure that the supply chain delivers good recruitment practice throughout, including where different resourcing models are in place, such as recruitment process outsourcing or vendor arrangements, are in place.


What we expect of GRC signatories

  • Each of the charter principles relating to candidate experience, flexible working and fair and ethical recruitment should apply throughout the supply chain, regardless of the resourcing model being used.
  • Employers should ensure this is present in any contractual or service-level agreements with third-party suppliers asked to provide resourcing solutions.
