We ask that those managing and delivering the recruitment process (whether internal staff or external providers) work to recognised standards, undertake any relevant training/qualifications, and commit to continuous development.


What we expect of GRC signatories

  • In-house recruiters can participate in the REC's training and qualifications - there is even a government accredited qualification specifically for in-house recruiters. There are also other networks for those working in HR, leadership and management, or procurement.
  • It is also important that large and small employers ask their suppliers to prove individual capability as well as corporate compliance.
