Industry Research Unit

The REC's Industry Research Unit (IRU) was founded in 2005. It is the largest dedicated research resource providing a range of research services and publications specifically for the recruitment and staffing industry.

The IRU's bookshop provides easy access to a wide range of research publications to support recruiters in running their businesses and to help industry commentators better understand the social and economic value of recruitment.

REC members have unique access to a range of services provided by the IRU and receive significant savings on its research reports.
