Through the REC Legal Service team you will gain access to Legal Bulletin’s and REC Model Terms and Conditions, written by our expert lawyers and supplied to all members.

The Industry Sector Groups offer support and advice to members across the 12 specialist groups from Nursing and Social Care to IT & Comms.

Information

Get the latest news and information through the REC website, E-news updates sent direct to your desktop every two weeks and REC Recruitment Matters magazine. You will also be invited to a number of regional events held throughout the year. With Regional Directors and Regional Membership Executives operating in each region, you can be sure that topics are relevant, local and timely. The REC also now operates a Research centre, producing much needed relevant recruitment industry research, the Annual Recruitment Industry Survey and Report on Jobs.

Services & Benefits

As an REC member, you will receive access to a number of value added services and benefits. These include discounts on essential services through the Recruitment Business Partners scheme, and preferential rates on insurance for your business. Your company will also be added to the ‘Find a Member Agency’ facility on the REC website, searched by both candidates and clients looking for a reputable agency in their area and chosen sector.

The REC logo is now recognised as a stamp of best practice and high standards with this message continually promoted to your clients and the HR community.

The REC External Relations team work continuously to represent the recruitment industry to European and UK government and government bodies. In addition, the professionalism of you and your team can be demonstrated by taking recognised recruitment industry qualifications, which members have access to at a substantial saving.

In addition REC welcome your views on proposed legislation and the effects it will have on your business. Have an active voice in REC lobbying activity by taking part in the research and surveys undertaken. Provide our research team with the evidence needed to demonstrate the valuable role of the recruitment industry.
