As part of our commitment to highlighting excellence in the recruitment industry, the REC has developed a robust audit package that validates compliance with The Employment Agencies Act and Conduct Regulations 2003 and REC Code of Professional Practice.

Welcomed by BERR, REC Audited is the most comprehensive regulatory audit of its kind, demonstrating that agencies are committed to the highest possible standards. REC Audited offers assurance that agencies are conducting their business lawfully and ethically and will offer guidance if they are not.

The audit is a paid service for REC members.

• Work Seekers from outside the UK
• Terms of Engagement for Temporary Workers
