Join us over lunch break to hear the latest on the REC's diversity and inclusion work for 2018. The main focus of the webinar will be on gender pay reporting where we will be joined by the Government Equalities Office. They will outline how you can comply with the regulations, the actions you can take if you identify a pay gap and answer your questions. Employers with over 250 employees will need to report on their gender pay gap by 4 April 2018. Recruiters will need to take into account their temporary workers when calculating the head count.
