Affiliate (AIRP) - Membership Buy Online

AIRP Affiliate level is tailored to those in the industry that have less than 10 years experience. A recruiter can be an Affiliate for life if they wish, or become eligible to upgrade to MIRP when they have 10 years industry experience or have successfully completed a professional qualification delivered by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).  

AFFILIATE APPLICATION - AGREEMENT

By submitting this application to become an Affiliate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, I confirm that I have read and agree to abide by the IRP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. This application is submitted on the basis that all statements are true. If any information given by you on this form is later found to be inaccurate or false, IRP reserves the right to refuse your application and refer your application to the Professional Standards Committee for consideration. The IRP reserves the right to update employers on the current membership status of staff.

MOVING ONE MEMBERSHIP LEVEL UP: BECOMING A MEMBER (MIRP)

If you would like to become a Member (MIRP) you are required to have at least 10 years experience in the recruitment industry, or you can fast track your way to MIRP Membership by having successfully completed an REC professional qualification such as the Certificate in Recruitment Practice. If you would like more information please select the appropriate option below. The Certficate in Recruitment Practice is designed for those people that are new to the industry
with less than 18 months experience.

The Diploma in Recruitment Practice is designed for those more experienced with over 18 months experience.
