Recruitment Industry Trends 2009/10

The Recruitment Industry Trends 2008/9 survey revealed that the recruitment industry had contracted in size by £5billion, from £27billion to £22billion. The latest survey for 2009/10 shows that the industry has further contracted to £19.7billion.

In addition, the report provides a breakdown of the temporary recruitment market, the permanent recruitment market, as well as the increase/decrease in number of people entering/leaving the industry during this period.
