About Us

The Rec2Rec sector group provides a unique opportunity to tackle the issues affecting the R2R sector and to help its members be leaders in the field. In order for the group to achieve these goals it is crucial that our members and members of the wider REC community engage with the group to help inform, guide and measure its activities.

The group’s key objectives will be the following:

Standards – There is a lot of talk of raising standards, this group will ensure this is followed by action. The group will provide tangible, demonstrable evidence of this to differentiate its members.

Productive partnerships – The Group will provide a platform to allow productive networking and partnering for its members.

Information & Training – We will be asking our members what will help their businesses and providing free Sector Relevant training and Market Information.

Accessibility and inclusiveness – Our members are predominantly single-site businesses with a wide spread across the UK. We will be working to make the group and its activities as accessible as possible through the use of different locations and social media.

Providing Advice – By providing a service to the recruitment industry our members are in a the perfect position advise the REC, its members and the recruitment community.
