REC Code of Practice
The REC Code of Professional Practice has been created in consultation with members and industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC conduct their businesses ethically, to the highest standards and to promote good practice within REC membership. It is binding on all Corporate Members. Members of the REC's Institute of Recruitment Professionals must adhere to the Institute Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
Promoting Standards
The REC is committed to raising standards in recruitment and the REC Code of Practice is adhered to by all Medical Sector Group Members.
The REC accepts complaints and queries in regards to the standards of best practice by our members. It is a condition of membership that a member agency has in place a Complaints Procedure to deal with complaints. Professional Standards
The REC Professional Standards Team will investigate complaints against members of the REC Medical Sector Group under the REC Code of Professional Practice.
The REC Professional Standards Team has the power to investigate and to rule upon any breach or alleged breach of the above requirements in accordance with the REC’s disciplinary procedures. Members will co-operate with and will abide by any ruling of the REC Professional Standards Committee in relation to any such breach or alleged breach.
