Getting the right person in place in a senior interim position can be the difference between success and failure; it can mean saving millions of pounds and turning a whole organisation or department around. Interim managers are brought in on a project basis and for a limited period of time.

Both the public and private sectors have increasingly turned to interim managers in recent years.

As a recruitment option and more importantly as a business tactic the use of interim management continues to grow significantly year on year.  The Interim Management Association represents excellence in interim management provision in the UK and abroad.

The Interim Management Association has its own dedicated website. Please visit this site here.
