As the government seeks to rebalance the economy towards the productive sectors, these are times of great change and opportunity for the engineering sectors, and for the recruitment consultants that service them.

With almost seven hundred members, REC Engineering & Technical has a strong voice in representing the needs and interests of the engineering recruitment community to government, clients and other stakeholders. We continue to work on behalf of all our members to ensure that their views are heard.

An important part of our message is the importance of high standards in recruitment. All our members are expected to be ambassadors for the REC code of professional conduct, to ensure that the REC Engineering & Technical badge remains a guarantee of an ethical, professional recruitment service
