IRP launches major benefits package for members
05 Feb 2010
The Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) is thrilled to announce the launch of a major new lifestyle benefits package tailored exclusively to meet the needs and aspirations of members.
This dedicated benefits package, available to all IRP members, gives attractive discounts and offers across a range of 500 products and services from a wide range of retailers and lifestyle providers.
From deals on gym entry to hotel stays, the latest “must-have” electronic products to the latest fashions – the lifestyle benefits package administered by LogBuy gives IRP members an unbeatable selection of products as part of the membership offering.
This fantastic new benefit to IRP members is just the latest in a range of bespoke services which come as part of membership.
Anita Holbrow, Director of the IRP, explained: “Members already have access to an unparalleled range of services which will help them develop as dedicated, professional recruiters. But we realised that these services were all of a business nature, so thought it was now time to add a pleasure element.
“We know IRP members are very busy people so being able to log on to the website and identify all the places where they can get extremely desirable discounts and special deals will save them a huge amount of money as well as time.”
Some of the special deals included in the benefits package include savings on:- Hotel Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels and holidays worldwide – 35 per cent
- LA Fitness which has 86 gyms nationwide – 30 per cent
- RAC breakdown cover – 30 per cent
- Teleflorist Flowers – 20 per cent
- SHARP Electronics – 40 per cent
- High Street names such as Apple Stores, Ernest Jones, Dorothy Perkins, Debenhams, Topshop and Topman
Already IRP members enjoy a range of benefits through their membership. They include access to the latest recruitment information and legislation, entry to a UK wide network of dedicated recruitment professionals, a listing on a Register of Recruiters and access to the Management Direct portal.
Anita Holbrow added: “We really believe there’s never been so many better reasons to become a member of the IRP and our lifestyle benefits package is just the first of many new IRP innovations in 2010 which we will be sharing with members so they do not miss out on any of them.”
The IRP, launched by the REC last June, was created to ensure that all recruiters are given the opportunity to be individually recognised as part of the profession while demonstrating to clients their credentials in being committed to delivering the best possible service at all times.
