What is the criteria for membership?
To qualify for membership, search & selection consultancies must satisfy the following criteria:
Have a director, principal or senior manager who has a minimum of two years relevant search and selection experience
Undertake permanent placements with salaries of £50k and above which represent 70% of annual turnover
