Eight REC members named in Best Small Companies to Work For list
Eight REC members have proved once again that recruitment is an exciting and rewarding industry in which to work by being named in the Sunday Times’ 100 Best Small Companies To Work For.
Most highly rated was the Jenrick Recruitment Group based in Walton-on-Thames, which in the report said it aims to deliver its service “with a sense of humanity and social conscience.”
At Nottinghamshire-based Macildowie Associates, a huge 88 per cent of the staff there said they loved their jobs while Tate, which has 19 offices across the UK, was included in the list for its “top table” offering staff a chance to have lunch with Managing Director Julia Robertson.
The London-based Pure Recruitment Group was founded on the cultural values of support, inclusion, reward and well-being; and at Penta Consulting in Wallington, a high proportion of the staff say they are excited about where the company is going.
Also scoring highly is PFJ in London whose chairman Paul Farrar is an inspiration to an overwhelming majority of staff and birthdays are always a company-wide celebration for legal recruiters Chadwick Nott in Bristol.
Trips to Disneyland and Iceland are some of the tempting rewards offered to successful recruiters at Hewitson Walker in London.
Kevin Green, the REC’s Chief Executive, said: “This is a wonderful achievement for our members who continue to show that recruitment is a fantastically vibrant and generous industry, which rewards its staff in some very imaginative ways.”
