REC continues to pursue members’ concerns with de Poel over Tempo Agency Club

Released on 24 July 2012

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has sent a second letter to de Poel Ltd this week in response to an initial reply from Managing Director Joe Tully. After further consultation with member agencies the REC is seeking additional clarification on a number of concerns raised by members about the Tempo Agency Club. Questions posed in the latest correspondence address:
• compulsion and who pays for audits
• Tempo fees
• conflicts of interest

Whilst REC is engaging with de Poel because of some concerns REC members have expressed about Tempo, ultimately members must take their own commercial decision as to what organisations they join or products and services they purchase.
