HR Press turns spotlight on REC's Employer Branding research

As part of its campaign to build profile and raise awareness in the HR Press about the added value recruiters can offer HR professionals, the REC's new Employer Branding Working Paper has been featured in the current online edition of People Management.

Employer Branding, published in June by the REC's Industry Research Unit, puts forward a compelling new case for HR professionals to use recruitment providers and other intermediaries to become genuine brand ambassadors in order to amplify the values and philosophy businesses want to project to attract the best possible talent.

Following its publication, People Management approached the REC to  contribute to its regular "how to" expert guidance columns, in this instance, How To...... Work with recruiters to enhance your employer brand, written by the Working Papers, author Roger Tweedy, the REC's Director of Research.
