REC launches new recruiters’ guide to Planning for Success
The recruitment industry is facing far-reaching changes over the next five years with new legislation, a demographic shift, technological advances and a continuing uncertain economic climate.
Even though these factors are looming large on the horizon, most recruitment businesses do not have a business plan – yet business planning is probably the best tool to assist managers in effecting the changes needed to support future growth.
To do nothing though is no longer an option if businesses are to survive in such turbulent times and grow to meet demands of clients, candidates and indeed, the whole jobs market.
