Promoting Me
With competition ever increasing between recruiters, you need to stand out from the crowd. As an IM, you will have access to an ever-growing promotional package of tools to help you demonstrate to your clients and candidates that you are a registered recruiter of the REC.

Membership Card: The REC Membership Card will show that you are a registered member of the industry professional body.

Kudos: As an IM you will also be entitled to use designatory letters after your name as a demonstration of your membership. These are AREC (Affiliate), MREC (Member) and FREC (Fellow).

Professional Services: This will provide you with key information to act professionally, including a legal helpline with free legal advice from specialist recruitment solicitors and barristers.
Industry Research: You will have access to all the REC research at member rate, with the Executive Summaries available for free download.
Recruitment Matters Magazine: This double-award winning membership magazine is availble to you as an IM. With a library available to download past articles.
IM @lert: The IM @lert is a bi-weekly enews service, providing members with news, views and topical debate.
Learning Zone
The REC believes passionately that you should be supported throughout your career and offers you the practical support and tips to excel.
Personal Profiling Analysis: Personal Profile Analysis is a widely used tool to find out about you, the way you work best and your reactions to situations. As an Im you can take an online PPA.
CPD: Continuning Professional Development will help improve your skills and knowledge. A programme of 20 hours of skills gaining per year can be mixed and matched from a whole host of activities.
Top Tips: You will be provided with handy hints and tips to get a head.
