The Compliance Test will ask you whether you are adopting the REC’s model contracts with your candidates and clients. If you wish to retain your own contracts, you will need to attach them to the Compliance Test and they will checked for compliance with relevant legislation by REC staff.
Your status will be that of Unqualified Corporate Member (i.e. Working Towards REC Membership) until you pass the Compliance Test and have your contracts approved (if you are retaining your own).
