Specialist skill:- Tender and Proposal Writing, including response to tenders, pre qualification questionnaire preparation, service level agreements.
With 15 years experience of business development and bid writing at all levels in the recruitment industry, Fiona has an extensive track record of writing successful proposals, tenders and presentations for recruitment agencies of all sizes across a wide range of sectors. Fiona not only provides advice and guidance to companies going through a tender process, but rolls up her sleeves and works hands on with agencies to produce highly professional tender documents, often within extremely tight time deadlines. Her straight forward and flexible approach has enabled many REC Members to lose their fear of competitive tendering, complete documents effectively, and participate successfully in e-auctions, leading to both retention of existing business and generation of new clients.
Jill Mytton
Specialist skill:- commercial contract review, amendment of standard terms and conditions, drafting of master/neutral vendor contracts and non standard terms and letters.
Jill has 22 years recruitment industry experience. FREC qualified, Jill’s experience has been in operational service delivery, business development, contract negotiation and the provision of recruitment legal advice and company secretarial work. Jill a law degree and MBA and specialises in the review of commercial contracts for risk, amendment of standard terms and conditions and the drafting of ad hoc commercial documents.
For many years, Jill was Head of Legal Services of a large independent recruitment supplier, and heavily involved in tendering, and negotiation of contractual terms for high volume, multi site and master vendor contracts.
Jill Palmer
Specialist skills:- review and drafting of contracts of employment, and HR documentation, review and drafting of limited company contractor terms for contractors and clients.
Jill Palmer is a legal expert and HR professional. After 6 years working as a commercial solicitor in leading UK practices her moved into industry heading the UK legal department for global multinational DaimlerChrysler. Jill then moved into the HR field working as HR Director and head of training setting up her own consulting business in 2006 which advises companies on legal HR and customer service issues. Jill has worked with REC Advice plus for a number of years advising on commercial contracts particularly limited company contractor contracts and HR issues for its members.
