The REC has an online guide which features many frequently asked legal questions relating to recruitment and employment law. You can access the online guide by clicking here. However, if you are unable to find the answers to your legal questions in our online Legal Guide you can call the REC Legal Helpline, quoting your membership number.

The Legal Helpline is a valuable service for Members of REC and is a complimentary service as part of the Corporate Membership offering.

Our team of experienced legal advisors are available to answer your recruitment related legal questions from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
