We are handing out tea and biscuits to all our temporary staff. We are also offering our clients the chance to win the services of one of the Consultants as a Temp for the Day - the profits from this day will be donated to Charity.
Finally we are planning a party with past and present temporary staff, and clients.
At Charterhouse, we are planning a number of events to celebrate National Tempweek across our three branches, culminating in a balloon launch to raise money for our nominated charities and celebrate the value our temporary and contract workforce add on a daily basis. We'll be popping champagne corks and presenting a number of achievement awards!
Our team will be visiting each of our temporaries onsite and giving them a "Brook Street temporary workers week pack" consisting of: a Brook Street mug, teabags/coffee, biscuits and a thank you card. We will also be making them a cup of tea while we inform them and the client about the NTWW.
Any temporary applicant registering with us between 2-6 June will be given a Brook Street gift.
We are awarding two temporary workers with a special prize - a bottle of champagne and a certificate which will be presented on site (our two entrants for the One in a Million award).
The local newspaper will be covering our story and we will be branding all the office with the REC merchandise including flags and balloons. Plus there will be news bulletins on Sheffield Brook Street website that week.
The HQ team will be visiting all of our temporary workers and taking them a Temporary Workers week goody bag which will have Cakes, Coasters, pens and a thank you card. We will also be awarding two temporary workers with Champagne and flowers. Hopefully this will be in the local press and will also be on the HQ Personnel Website. All Temporary staff will be encouraged to call into our offices as we will be fully decked out with the REC National Temporary Workers week flags and balloons.
We will be visiting our temporary members of staff & clients with cupcakes (homemade by our very own Business-to-Business consultant), to show how sweet they are & how much we care about them.
We will also be branding the office with balloons and bunting & celebrating ‘Temp Week’, by handing out cupcakes & drinks to people passing by the office & telling them all about the value that temporary and contract members of staff make to our organisation and others, all week long!
