We are holding an open week, which will consist of a job fair and introductions to temping. There will be a free buffet and beverages, we will also have Job Centre staff on site. Each day we shall be giving away a free fork lift truck course worth over £400 each course.
We will be thanking all of our temporary staff by visiting them with cakes during the week. We will also be asking our clients to put forward their best temporary worker - who will recieve a £100 high street voucher of their choice and a certificate.
We will also be hosting an open evening for any clerical staff looking for work - with free drinks and buffet!
This year Plum Personnel will be participating by seeking nominations from our Clients to find out who they consider to have -
• performed above and beyond the call of duty in the workplace,
• made a significant contribution to the place where you work
• demonstrated flexibility and a keenness to fit in with the community of the workplace
• consistently demonstrated a professional attitude to their work
For the next 2 week we’ll be inviting Line Manager to make their nominations. EVERYONE who takes part will receive a Certificate of Participation. ALL nominations will be entered into a draw and we’ll be announcing the 5 winners on Wednesday 28th May who will be invited to a Celebration Lunch in Solihull on Friday 6th June together with the nominating Line Manager
